Privacy

The short version: I collect only what you type into a form, store it to follow up with you, and never sell it. The details are below.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form, plus your IP address (used to limit abuse). Specifically:

Discovery call: your name, email, business or website, anything you flag, and the time you pick. Media audit: the site URL and your email. Checklist: your email.

I do not collect payment details on this site, and I do not buy or sell personal data.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database (Neon) so I have a record of your request, and they are emailed to me through Resend, my email provider. Confirmation emails go back to you the same way.

For a media audit, the URL you submit is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to measure the page. That is the only third party that sees the audited URL.

That is the whole list: a database, an email provider, and (for audits) Google PageSpeed.

Cookies and analytics

Site analytics run through Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other sites.

If you arrive from a Google ad, a Google Ads tag may set cookies to measure whether the visit led to a booking or signup. It records the conversion event, not your form contents. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the forms.

Automated-traffic protection (Vercel BotID) inspects request signals to block bots on the forms; it does not profile you.

Keeping and removing it

I keep lead records as long as they are useful for following up, and email records per Resend’s retention.

Want to see what I have on you, or have it deleted? Email hello@ricardoreyes.dev and I will take care of it.
